We’ve spent decades amassing the knowledge to make hiring seamless. Now we’re bringing it to you. The Hiring challenge resonates deeply with us. Having spent a combined three decades in tech, first as engineers ourselves, then management and eventually, recruitment partners to high profile clients, we have experienced the many complexities of hiring firsthand.

The challenges of technical recruitment

Back in our recruitment days, we realised that the average successful hires of 10 profiles submitted was a mere 2-3. A deep dive into the system, told us that the problem lay in bad data.

  • Convoluted Data Sources - Resumes & Job Descriptions are highly subjective and encourage exaggeration by nature.

  • High Dependency on Technical team - Recruiters often depend on technical team for accurate screening and shortlisting

  • No way to eliminate bias - Recruiters have limited basis to judge and no way to eliminate unconscious bias

  • Inconsistent Assessment & Feedback - Interview process lacks consistency and reliability

  • Lack of Control & Visibility - Management has limited visuals and hence control into the hiring system

We made client requirements measurable, created structured assessment models and developed a mechanism to identify candidate fitment with job posts. Now, for every 10 profiles shared 7–8 candidates were onboarded by the client.

The next natural step was to package our knowledge of recruitment challenges and our successful models to tackle them, into a single, technology-backed solution.

And so, under the banner of Career Atlas, we have built a complete machine to solve recruitment challenges. We are spearheading this shift to data-backed hiring and bringing resource efficient hiring solutions to our clients.

FOUNDER

He comes with 19+ years of experience in the IT domain and has made excellent contributions across various roles in Functional, Technical and Management areas. His last corporate role was Head of Business Development – Germany & Nordic, where he was responsible for building both Blue Ocean & Red Ocean strategies.

He has been involved in many successful engagements with customers like Volkswagen, BMW & MTU Aero Engines.

Gaurav Agarwal

FOUNDER

He comes with 20+ years of experience in the IT domain and has made excellent contributions across various technical and management roles. His last corporate role was Vice President – IT & PLM Services, where he led a team of 250+ members to support customers such as Siemens, DNV and Wärtsilä

With his experience, he brings deep insights into the areas of Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management & Business Analytics.
